Modern Heroes of Science and Medicine

Featured Participant Survey

Thank you for agreeing to participate in Modern Heroes of Science and Medicine, an educational coloring-book series introducing children and families to physicians, scientists, researchers, clinicians, health educators, and other individuals whose work has contributed to better health, medicine, scientific understanding, patient care, or public-health policy.

Our goal is to present your work accurately, positively, and in language young readers can understand. Please answer as much or as little as you wish. We may edit responses for length, clarity, and age appropriateness, but we will use your answers to help ensure that your entry accurately reflects the work you consider most important.
